In memory of Jack

Yesterday, our lovely Jack was hit by a car and is no longer with us. We adopted him from the local shelter over 11 years ago and couldn’t believe that such a handsome and friendly cat had been left there. It felt like he chose us to be his family. He absolutely lived life to the full- a happy hunter who climbed trees, teased the neighbours dogs, fought for his pecking order amongst the cats in the street and even tried to join ball games in the garden in a chaotic catty way. But for the Mr Hyde who terrorised the local rodent population, in the house he was our DrJekyll, nuzzling up for tummy rubs of his soft caramel fur or a tickle on his white bib. So sad that he has gone, RIP Furface ❤️❤️❤️
