Dove

Tyneside Cat Centre

Dove is a gentle soul who’s had a tough start. Since arriving into care, she’s been frightened, and while she's safe now, she hasn’t quite warmed up to having a fuss just yet. His carers lovingly describe him as an “inbetweener cat”, not fully feral, but not entirely domesticated either. She sits somewhere in the middle. Because of this, Dove would thrive in a more outdoor-focused home where she can enjoy her independence and explore at her own pace. A quiet, rural setting would suit her perfectly, especially if it comes with a warm, dry space like a shed, barn, garage, or even a greenhouse where she can retreat during rainy or chilly days.

Dove could be a great natural pest controller and is happy to live alongside other animals, so long as she has the freedom she needs. And who knows... with time, patience, and a kind-hearted person, Dove may even choose to come closer for affection. If you think you can offer Dove the space and understanding she needs, please do get in touch. She’s not enjoying the confinement of cattery life and would love the chance to stretch her legs and start her new adventure.
