To make sure you have the best possible start with us, you’ll begin your onboarding journey before your first day! You’ll be set up on our employee self-service system, where you’ll find helpful information about the charity to prepare you for when you join.
We’ll support you through our comprehensive induction where you’ll start to build your knowledge about the charity and develop your understanding of our culture, vision and values.
While working at Cats Protection, you will be supported by a partner team who can provide advice and guidance on learning opportunities. You’ll have access to a wide variety of learning and development tools and resources to support you in your role. Learning happens every day, much of it from each other, and in many ways.
We offer a range of high-quality, and expert led opportunities to develop knowledge and skills, including our comprehensive cat welfare learning programme, our management and people skills programme, our apprenticeship offer and our award-winning Volunteer Champions Programme. We are always developing new and innovative ways to learn and develop.
