In memory of Harry

Harry came into our world in April 2011 as a surprise birthday present for me by my then girlfriend and now wife. He was a playful, adorable little kitten who we loved and cherished. We were very anxious about letting him out for the first time and we both remember being so ecstatic that he returned to us - with pink pads still there! Harry was with us on our adventure through early years of marriage and the arrival of our 2 beautiful children. His gentleness and love for us all is something that was and remains so touching. Harry was at his happiest when curled up on his favourite chair or when mischievously on someone else's bed! All he wanted was good food, love, warmth and an occasional rub on the belly - and he got all in abundance. Harry left us on 4th December 2023. We will never get used to him not being there for us all when returning from work or school. We will never get used to him not sitting on the kitchen window, nor lying in the porch sunning himself. We will never get used to not hearing his gentle cry when hungry. We will never get used to not hearing the tinkle of his bell. Harry, you have left an indelible mark on all our lives and on mine in particular and we miss you terribly. Words cant describe how I feel. You have been my best pal for 12 years and not one day will go by when I and we don't think about you and want you back with us. Rest easy Harry boy. XxX
