In memory of Spike

Spike daddy will miss you forever, you were my best friend in life, you were always there for me, you knew when I was sick, the way you always tried to cheer me up. Head bumps, purrs, the way your paw would touch my hand. You were always by my side, the way you would answer me when I spoke to you, your meow melted my heart, the way you looked at me, always showed how much you loved me. I'll miss our naps together, the way you would lay next to me and watch TV with me. You waiting at the door until I came home from work, than following me meowing like your telling me what you did that day. Spike daddy's tears will always remind me of what we had together. Yes my heart is broken, but your not in pain anymore. Even though you tried to stay strong for me. Spike I love you and always will. Cross the rainbow bridge, and until that day comes, I'll be awaiting our reunion, than we can spend the ret of our life together. Daddy loves you, remember that, and feel free to come and visit or stay anytime you want. Love Dad.
