Colin
Tyneside Cat Centre
Colin is a gentle soul who’s had a tough start. Since arriving into care, he’s been frightened, and while he's safe now, he hasn’t quite warmed up to having a fuss just yet. His carers lovingly describe him as an “inbetweener cat”, not fully feral, but not entirely domesticated either. He sits somewhere in the middle. Because of this, Colin would thrive in a more outdoor-focused home where he can enjoy his independence and explore at his own pace. A quiet, rural setting would suit him perfectly, especially if it comes with a warm, dry space like a shed, barn, garage, or even a greenhouse where he can retreat during rainy or chilly days.
Colin could be a great natural pest controller and is happy to live alongside other animals, so long as he has the freedom he needs. And who knows... with time, patience, and a kind-hearted person, Colin may even choose to come closer for affection. If you think you can offer Colin the space and understanding he needs, please do get in touch. He’s not enjoying the confinement of cattery life and would love the chance to stretch his legs and start his new adventure.
