UPDATE - Corona Virus - Important Information

Great News!  From 1st August 2020, the Cattery is open on a limited basis.  Visits are on an appointment only basis, please phone on 01382 450035 to arrange your appointment. Please see the notice regarding our “Hands Free” adoption process.

Most of our lovely cats are being cared for in foster homes until everything is safe again.

Following the Government’s advice regarding the Corona Virus we have had to make important and immediate changes to the way we operate.

Our Charity shops in Monifieth and Dundee have had to close and we can no longer accept donations of clothes or any other goods until further notice.

Visits to the shelter may only be made by appointment as we have reduced the number of volunteers who will be on duty to minimise the risk of spreading the virus as many of our volunteers are in the ‘vulnerable’ group due to age or health.

Our greatest concern is the welfare of the cats in our care and our amazing volunteers who look after them.

We will not be offering assisted neutering while the new restrictions are in place. Some clients who already have vouchers are experiencing problems making appointments with Veterinary Practices due to their staff having to isolate themselves. Your designated vet will advise you accordingly.

If you require more information please email dundeecats@btconnect.com or if you do not have access to email please phone 01382 450035 between 12 noon and 3:00pm.

Thank you for your understanding in these difficult times.
