The sweet Tammy has lived outdoors for most of her life and has only recently started getting used to people. Her finder said that she was very shy at first, but she soon became confident and was happily coming in and out of their home. They said that she will soon become your best friend with some treats, will rub against you for fusses and had started to jump up on their lap for cuddles. She needs an experienced cat owner, who can be patient while she settles in to home life and put in the time needed to help bring her confidence out. She is a friendly girl but can nip sometimes when she gets over stimulated, so is not suitable to live with children. Her finders loved her, but she was territorial towards their dogs and any visiting cats. For this reason, Tammy would need to be the only pet in an adult home or a home with teenagers.
