How to adopt a cat with us

Oscar

Central Norfolk Cat Centre

We are looking for a very special home for Oscar. He is a beautiful soul who prefers a more independent lifestyle and does not seek the typical level of interaction from people. We believe that, when he was younger, he may have missed out on key socialisation, which has made him more reserved and happiest when left to his own space.

Ideally, we are hoping to find a “halfway” style home for Oscar, somewhere such as a stable yard, smallholding, or other quiet outdoor environment where he can enjoy his freedom at his own pace, but still supported by his new potential owner providing him with his essential needs.

He would not be your typical farm cat, so we kindly ask that potential adopters do not expect him to be an active hunter straight away. What Oscar truly needs is space, minimal pressure, and the freedom to choose to roam.

If you can offer Oscar a safe, understanding environment where he can simply be himself, we would love to hear from you.
