Sylvester is a very special boy looking for a calm, loving home where he can truly blossom. Life hasn’t always been easy for him, but he’s making lovely progress and growing in confidence every day.
He’s naturally shy at first, but once he gets to know you, his personality really starts to shine! Sylvester just needs a patient and understanding person who’s happy to let him take things at his own pace and build a close one-on-one bond.
A quiet household would suit him best, as loud noises and sudden movements can be a bit overwhelming for him. He’d also prefer to be the only pet, so he can enjoy all the space, time, and care to himself.
Sylvester isn’t too sure about being touched just yet, but he really enjoys having someone nearby and responds beautifully to a soft, reassuring voice. And if there’s one way to win him over, it’s definitely through food - he absolutely loves his treats! He also has a playful side and enjoys chasing his toys, especially scrunchy ones.
Once he’s settled and feeling safe, Sylvester would love access to a garden where he can explore, stretch his legs, and enjoy a little adventure in his own time. He may even like to catch the occasional mouse!
