How to adopt a cat with us

Samson

Halifax, Huddersfield & Wakefield

Samson loves everyone! He’s incredibly affectionate and adores people - not to mention incredibly handsome. He’s estimated to be around a year old.

Samson sits happily on your knee purring away and laying his head contentedly on your arm. Trusting you completely.

He loves it so much, sometimes he gets a bit sad when you want to get up and can try to reach up to hold onto you with his paws to stop you leaving. The team here have found if you put a couple of dreamies down next to you before calmly getting up he’s more than happy with this welcome distraction and you can move without issue.

As he’s only a year old, he loves playtime too - but his great passion in life would definitely be - you!

He gets himself curled right into your chest or tummy to show you just how much he loves you. Samson loves to be close to people and would enjoy a home environment where he wasn’t left alone for long periods regularly. Sometimes he also gently kneads or licks your arm.

We think he would also enjoy access to a garden or safe outdoor space to explore once he’s old enough.

He could live with older families with children aged 15 and above.

If you’re looking for a cat who will adore you and would enjoy an (almost!) constant companion - Samson would definitely fit the bill! He’s a stunning boy.

Due to the volume of applications we receive if you haven’t heard back from us within 7 days of applying unfortunately you haven’t been successful on this occasion. Thank you.
