How to adopt a cat with us

Pisces

Mid-Warwickshire

Meet Pisces, a petite two-year-old female tabby. She boasts beautiful mackerel and black markings, along with a delicate touch of white beneath her chin that highlights her stunning green eyes.
Pisces is understandably nervous in the cattery, unsettled by the unfamiliar sounds and sights and tends to hide away and will hiss when someone enters or when she hears something strange. Don't let her hiss fool you, it’s just her way of coping and letting you know that she is a little scared.
Pisces is beginning to trust her carers and after an initial hiss can't resist relaxing her guard and showing us that she’s an affectionate pussycat. She has now progressed to giving nose boops to let her carer know that she wants attention. When she's enjoying fuss and affection, her paws knead so quickly, it’s like she’s doing a happy little dance, a very endearing quirk!
Pisces needs to be the only pet in a calm home, where she'll have time to adjust and flourish. Though she isn’t used to children, her gentle nature suggests she could settle well with considerate teenage children who will allow her time to settle in at her own pace. She's used to having a garden, and once she's settled and confident, she'll love exploring and sunbathing again.
If you can offer a loving home, Pisces will surely capture your heart with all the affection she has to give and of course she is adorable!
