Funding will help support a new cat centre and provide vital services including veterinary care, fostering and adoption

  • Omaze has guaranteed a donation of £1,000,000 to Cats Protection through its latest Million Pound House Draw.

  • The funding will help support a brand-new cat centre so that more cats can find care and safety.

  • The donation will help provide vital services, from veterinary care to fostering and adoption, as well as support for owners, so thousands of cats can find the futures they deserve.

Cats Protection is set to receive a guaranteed £1 million donation from Omaze, helping the charity provide care and safety for more cats across the UK.

The funding, generated through the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Cotswolds VII, will help fund a brand-new cat centre so that more cats can find care and safety. The donation will also help provide vital services, from veterinary care to fostering and adoption, as well as support for owners, so thousands of cats can find the futures they deserve.

John May OBE, Chief Executive of Cats Protection, said:

"Cats Protection is there for cats throughout their lives; caring for cats who need us, finding them new homes, helping people keep their cats healthy and happy, and giving trusted advice. Everything we do starts with seeing the world through cats’ eyes and understanding what they need, while never forgetting how much love, companionship and joy cats bring to the people who share their lives with them. This partnership with Omaze will help us be there for even more cats and people."

One lucky person is guaranteed to win a stunning Cotswolds stone country home worth £4,000,000, plus £250,000 in cash, as part of the new prize draw raising funds for Cats Protection. The six-bedroom property near Cirencester comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered, plus more than £165,000 worth of furnishings. The eventual winner can choose to move in, rent it out or sell it.

Matt Pohlson, Founder and CEO of Omaze, said:

"Everyone at Omaze is thrilled to be partnering with Cats Protection for our latest house draw.

"This dream country home in the Cotswolds, plus £250,000 in cash, will change one lucky winner's life, whilst also helping Cats Protection give more cats the care and safety they need.

"The winner can move into this beautiful home, rent it out for a significant supplementary income, or sell up to become a cash multi-millionaire. Whatever they choose, they have fantastic, life changing options available to them.

"Omaze gives people the chance to win incredible prizes, whilst introducing charities to new audiences they wouldn't normally reach - it's a win-win for entrants and our charity partners. By entering, people have the chance to transform their own lives whilst helping to make a lasting impact to charities the lives they support.

"We're immensely proud that the Omaze Community has now raised over £150 million for good causes across the UK."
