Cat Name

Holly & Nightshade - 18 Nov 2019

Happy Holly and lovely Nightshade are mother and daughter who are absolute sweethearts and spend all their time together, they found themselves in the care of the Bridgend Adoption Centre when their previous owner could no longer care for them. Holly is the mum of Nightshade and is black and white and Nightshade is tortoiseshell . Both girls are so lovely to have around and are very happy to be in human company. The girls have always lived in an indoor home and so would be looking for another indoor home but if the right forever home had a small enclosed outdoor space to snooze and watch the world go by it may suit us just right.

Cat Name

Millie - 24 Oct 2019

Marvellous Millie is a very gentle loving lady, Millie was rescued as a stray cat from the side of a busy road, after being involved in a road traffic accident. Millie luckily only suffered a fractured jaw as a result of her misfortune (and probably lost one of her nine lives at the same time!). Millie’s jaw had to be wired by Cats Protection’s vets to allow it to heal and she was gradually nursed back to health again. Millie is a quiet little kitty that loves her comfy bed and is a dab hand at cat naps. Millie is on the lookout for a quiet new home where she can live out her twilight years in comfort with a family that love her just as much as all our cat care assistants and volunteers do!

Cat Name

Trevor - 13 Nov 2019

Terrific Trevor is a handsome confident chap who just loves cuddles and playing with his toys, sadly Trevor is looking for his third chance of a forever home after it didn't work out in his other new homes. Trevor is the friendliest boy that you could ever wish to meet but sometimes forget his manners and plays rough so is looking for a forever home without small children or other pets. cheeky Trevor is keeping his carers amused while he waits and shares his love and fun with all he meets.

Cat Name

Mario - 18 Oct 2019

Marvellous Mario is a cheeky chap who is very active and fun but like to be the boss! Mario is a lively character whose behaviour can be challenging at times, he has a habit of nipping at ankles! He would still make a lovely companion for a patient and understanding owner, and he does love a fuss and is very affectionate. Mario really enjoys his puzzle feeders, and will spend time rubbing himself around you (but mind those ankle!) He doesn’t mind being picked up for short periods. Mario come into our care when his previous owners circumstances changed, he had access to the outside and spent much of his time outside hunting.

Cat Name

Little Girl - 13 Nov 2019

Lovely 'Little Girl' is just the sweetest young lady who loves nothing more than to sit on your lap, paddy pawing a knee, Little Girl can get very excited when being fussed and will even pull your hand in for more if you try and stop. When Little Girl arrived it was found during her vet checks that she was suffering with cataracts and associated inflammation to her left eye, the Vet team made the decision that Little Girl would need to have her left eye removed to keep her as comfortable and healthy as possible. The operation was a success and Little Girl has made a wonderful recovery and still loves life now pain free. She will still be able to find a forever home with a garden to snooze and explore but because her vision is impaired being out in the dark would be difficult for her. Little Girl doesn’t like to be approached on her blind side, she can get a little spooked for obvious reasons. she is not a fan of too much noise and not so keen on younger people or other cats or dogs, so a home where she doesn’t have to share with these will make her the happiest.

No, you 'll help lots! As a Cats Protection Sponsor you'll sponsor a pen at one of our adoption centres. So whenever we rehome a cat that's being cared for in your pen, we will update you and tell you about their new forever home.

Then a new cat in need will take their place and we will introduce you to that cat as well. Over time you will be able to help cat after cat, and you will always be able to look back at all the cats you have sponsored in your personal sponsor area.
