Prize Draw rules

1. The Prize Draw is organised by Cats Protection, a charity registered in England with registered charity number 203644. Entry is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who provide their email address after completing the survey.
2. Employees of Cats Protection or of other organisations connected with the running of the draw (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.
3. Only one entry to the Prize Draw per person.
4. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
5. The prize of this Prize Draw shall be an Amazon voucher worth £50.
6. The competition will close at midnight on 31 January 2022.
7. There is no obligation to make a donation to Cats Protection to be eligible for the prize.
8. The winning entry will be selected at random from all those valid entries received by the closing date.
9. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date and must provide a postal address to claim their prize.
10. The winner must claim their prize within two months of the winner’s notification emails being sent or the prize will be forfeited and Cats Protection shall reserve the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry.
11. Cats Protection reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of an equal value in the event that it is unable to provide the prize as originally advertised. However, the winner shall not be able to claim any alternative prize (including any cash prize alternative).
12. Details of the winner will be available to anyone supplying a stamped addressed envelope, to:

13. By completing the survey and thus participating, you accept that you are bound by these rules.
14. The decision of Cats Protection as to any interpretation of these rules or prize award or eligibility to receive a prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results of the Prize Draw other than where expressly set out in these rules. Cats Protection reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Amended rules will be made available at www.cats.org.uk/terms/catsurvey
15. Cats Protection reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached these rules.
