We offer employer-supported volunteering opportunities across the UK in fundraising and at our cat centres.

Volunteer as a fundraiser  

Help us raise the vital funds we need to care for cats. If you’re not sure where to start, we’re happy to help you choose an activity that suits your available time, skills and team size. 

Take part in one of our nationwide fundraising events 

You could: 

  • learn new crafting skills in a Craft for Cats craftalong 
  • get your steps in with a walking challenge 
  • sign up for a place in the biggest running events across the UK 

Take part as one team, or even put together a few teams and pit yourselves against each other. It’s a great opportunity for some teambuilding.

Fundraise your own way 

You can decide when, where and how you fundraise for cats, making it flexible, fun and easy to run in your workplace. Perfect for teambuilding or getting whole departments involved.  

You could: 

  • host a bake sale 
  • organise a dress-down day 
  • set up a quiz 
  • run a raffle 
  • create your own challenge as a team 

Whether it’s one person taking the lead or a whole group coming together, there are lots of simple ways you can help raise funds for cats. 

Get fundraising inspiration

Volunteer at a cat centre 

Some of our cat centres across the UK may be able to offer employer-supported volunteering opportunities.  

Tasks could include:  

  • cleaning cat pens and feeding cats   
  • spending time with cats while they wait for new homes 
  • gardening or painting to make the centre more welcoming for cats and people 

Contact the team at your nearest cat centre to find out whether employer-supported volunteering opportunities are available. We can only offer these opportunities if the centre team has the capacity to provide the appropriate level of support to ensure volunteers have a positive experience.
